Please identify this Sanctus

    This was a Sanctus that was used in my parish in the late 60s. I've never been able to find the score, but I wrote it here as I remember it. Does anyone know the title and or composer and where I might find a copy of it? Thank you.

    I will confirm for others consulting their memories/resources that that text is definitely from the so-called "Interim Missal" period from ~1965 to 1970 - "Lord God of hosts" is the tell. (It would have vanished via displacement by the English translation of the first edition of the Roman Missal.)
