Parish Book of Chant missing pages 311ff

    I was looking at the index for the PBC I bought earlier from Amazon UK and the last entry (Benediction) is page 320. But the book stops at 310 (Plainsong Rhythm). I'll contact Amazon and ask for a reprint.

    I wonder how you could get the index, but not 311-315, or the last two pages. Anyway, here is the latter.

    I've found a defect in the formatting of the book, and am in the process of fixing it. Would you please send me a PM with your address so that I can get a corrected copy sent to you?
