Tones for "Orate Fratres" & "Domine non sum dignus"?

    The CD "Inclina Domine" by Cantores in Ecclesia has a sung dialogues for the Orate Fratres and Domine, non sum dignus. Where did they find the music for these? Are these their own adaptations? If I'm not wrong, there are no ancient tones for these texts because they are not sung in the traditional solemn Mass. Were new official settings included in the Ordo Missa in Cantu, or somewhere else?

    They are in the new Missale Romanum.

    I don't suppose anyone with access to a copy of the 2002 Latin MR would be kind enough to post a scan of these two dialogues? Or if I find time I will try to transcribe what I hear on the CD and post it up here in the hopes someone can compare & correct...
