Proper Office for St. Philomena

Elsewhere we've discussed the proper Mass in honor of St. Philomena which was permitted in certain places, but I read that she also had a proper Office. I haven't had any luck finding this online, does anyone know where I would find it? I'm not necessarily assuming it's been set to music, but surely the text at least exists somewhere.

I have seen no evidence that the Liturgical books from different dates and from different places always agree. These unusual Proper Offices such as for St Philomena, only used in certain places do not find a place in the general books and Supplements are rare / incomplete / have mistakes.

I don't assert that they do. But in the mass of books available at Google Books I have only seen a single office of the saint, despite being found in propers of a large number of very diverse dioceses. I haven't seen any hints that there ever was any more ample formulary. This, combined with what we know about the saint, history of her cult and general attitude of the period to creation of new liturgical texts, I consider a decent basis for a preliminary conclusion that no more ample formulary exists. Anyone willing to dig further is most welcome to prove me wrong.
