I am leaving this parish after nine years of ministry to continue the work of edifying the liturgy elsewhere in the Richmond Diocese. Would love for someone to continue the legacy I have started! They have a 5pm Vigil and Sunday Masses at 8:30, 11, and 2pm (TLM mostly). The 11am choir is small (so is the balcony), but very talented. The 2pm schola is also small but extremely dedicated. There is still plenty of room for growth and plenty of talent - raw or otherwise - available. I've got the Weber Propers going at all the English Masses and I recently had the 11am choir start doing the Latin Propers. They love them. Feel free to PM me for more info. I'd be happy to share more and assist with any kind of transition.
