Dear friends, once again I must appeal to you. This time I am looking for choral music by Franklin Sawyer Palmer who worked wa in Seattle, in the early 20th century. Hopefully you can help again to discover his music somewhere. Thanks in advance.

Missa Puer Nobis by Palmer is available on CPDL. A search on WorldCat produced nothing, but this is probably the result of music libraries rarely being properly cataloged. There are mentions of his work in the earliest issues of The Catholic Choirmaster, and there are lists of works performed at St. James Cathedral in Seattle contained in several issues of Caecilia (advanced Google Search was a godsend). There are a few mentions of no particular consequence in The Diapason in the 1st quarter of the 20th C. St. Jas. has a very fine document, THE MUSIC AND MUSICIANS OF ST. JAMES CATHEDRAL, SEATTLE, 1903-1953: THE FIRST 50 YEARS.

This document lists a number of compositions by Palmer, none of which seem to be available any longer.

Perhaps they would be in an archive/filing cabinet or on a shelf somewhere at the cathedral in Seattle?
