Latin version of the Lourdes Hymn

Good morning from grey, foggy Aberdeenshire.
I have been asked for a Latin text of the Lourdes hymn. I have never come across one, and I have no idea why it is needed, but I am sure that a member of this forum will know of a source. Please can anyone oblige?
