    Does anyone know if there's a pdf of the following (or of a similar text published before 1900)?

    It’s digitized apparently per Google but you need institutional access to view it.

    Otherwise you would need to go to Georgetown to view it. They have a copy in the special collections.

    This is a fascinating find, and I’m interested as well.
