    Are they lawful outside Scotland? My 192? Missal only lists those for Scotland, otherwise the Common - Cognovi.

    I was asked by someone in Scotland... As for Lawful ??? This is beyond my pay grade.

    If anyone has them it will be Pluscarden Abbey, but it is a bit late to ask after Compline. They live-stream conventual Mass, should be in Latin at 9am GMT tomorrow.

    Well, they used the Proper in the current GR, not the previous set listed above. But they were (re)established in 1948 when those were still proper in Scotland. The tunes may be neoGregorian of course.
