Good, quick warm up for individual practice?
  • Hello all,

    I am looking for a quick warm-up routine for practice sessions I do on my own time. These informal sessions last anywhere from 10-20 minutes, and are usually done daily. Since these sessions are short, I wouldn't want to spend too much time warming up (unlike warming up for a Sunday morning Mass, for example).

    Does anyone have good suggestions?
