Does thechoir stand and orient to the reader if the second lesson is from a Gospel at Evensong?

There is some discussion in our Catholic chuch on this point where we sing weekly Anglican evensongs on Sarurday afternoons.Or is this a more Catholic than Anglican custom? Presently the choir does not orient to the reader - but we always do in masses and gregorian chant offices such as matins when a gospel is sung.
