    Newly composed setting of Cibavit Eos. I took inspiration from a book by Dom Johner that explains the spirituality behind the chant of the Graduale Romanum.

    "Profound awe and reverence for the true Manna marks the beginning of this piece; yet it sounds like the joyous ringing of bells."- Dom Johner

    With that in mind, I had this rhythm for the first melody in mind, resembling the ringing of Church bells before the start of Mass. Some of the melodic material was taken from the introit.

    I would recommend singing the psalm verse and Gloria patri then repeating the Introit again. I will probably include it at a later date!

    P.S When you are typesetting the text of a piece in latin, is it alright to leave out the accent marks in the words? Dóminus or simply Dominus without the accent for example, thanks!
