CCCB Gloria: chant notation version and copyright status

There's been discussions of the CCCB setting of the Gloria in past, most notably here, but my questions are a little different.
I'm working with a parish in the Archdiocese of Vancouver that's trying to put together a parish kyriale, and we'd like to be able to include the CCCB Gloria therein. However, we have two questions:- What is the actual copyright status of the work? When "Paul_D" commented on the prior thread, he said that chant belongs in the public domain, but AFAICT he never explicitly said that his composition was in the public domain. Is it? Or does the copyright belong to the CCCB as a work for hire?
- Does there exist a version in chant notation? Or does it only exist in five-line stemless notation?
