Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Dell Rapids, SD is looking for a Director of Sacred Music. 40+ hours a week, with benefits.

This job will involve coordinating/performing music for three weekend Masses, Wednesday school Masses (K-12 system) and teaching high school vocal music at a small but thriving high school in Dell Rapids, a very Catholic small town near Sioux Falls, SD. The Director of Sacred Music will form and work with volunteers, schedule maintenance for all instruments and equipment, and prepare and monitor the music budget.

A decent Rodgers electric organ, several volunteer accompanists, and a very supportive (and patient) pastor. Will be selecting a new hymnal soon. They have not had a full-time music director in the past, but have had volunteer choirs before.
