Looking for round-note version of Ecce Panis chant in English

    Is there one that exists with organ accompaniment underneath? What I'm looking for is like what's in the St. Michael accompaniment book (round-note chant on top, organ accompaniment on bottom), only using English text (Lo, the Angels food is given). Searches online have been fruitless, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?

    This is for the shorter option of the Corpus Christi sequence this Sunday.
