Various litanies in English?

Good afternoon,
We are having a Corpus Christi procession, and I am curious whether anyone has notation for the following litanies in English. Of course the cantor can pencil in the usual litany tone, but it would help out the choir if they had something besides the text to look at.
1) Litany of the Most Blessed Sacrament
2) Litany of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus
3) Litany of the Holy Eucharist
