Is anyone familiar with the antiphon and alleluia sung by the deacon at the beginning of this papal liturgy from 2012 (blessed days that those were)? Is it from the office, or is there a tradition of singing this on Easter Sunday before the introit?

I don't know how long established the custom of papal veneration of the icon before Mass for Easter Day is but it was still going last year (p7) https://www.vatican.va/news_services/liturgy/libretti/2023/20230409-libretto-domenica-di-pasqua.pdf
The 2012 setting sounds rather low pitched, is it perhaps from those parts of southern Italy where Greek speaking catholics maintain their foothold of two millennia?
