St. Ephrem the Syrian--hymns and organ arrangements

I was wondering if anyone knew of English translation hymns/music written by St. Ephrem?

I'd also like to know if there are any arrangements for organ solo for any music he wrote?

The 1933 edition of The English Hymnal provides the tune in chant style.

Here is another hymn by St. Ephrem. As I would understand it, the text is copyrighted. The tune in the Hymnal 1982 is quite fine. The sequencing form a crescendo that is quite satisfying.
