Origins of Mass XVII

Returning after a long absence, and a move to a new job, hopefully to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge of forum members.
Please can anyone answer an interesting question posed by one of our cathedral choir.
Mass XVII originated in three different centuries, Kyrie 14th cent, Sanctus 11th cent, Agnus Dei 13th. Where did the three parts come from and when were they combined?
My thought was they were put together in Liber Usualis, late19th century, but I have no clue about their origins. Can anyone enlighten us?
