Does anyone have an plain chant setting of the *English* text? Otherwise, I'll see if I can't adapt one of the L.U. settings of the Latin text.

Send me a private email, and I'll get it to you. I have it side-by-side Latin/English
  • Dear WJA and Steve,

I'd like your side-by-side Latin/English, Steve, as well as anything you did, WJA. Send them to me at paulfford (at) stjohnsem.edu

    Gratefully,
    Paul

Hoping that you all still are watching this thread!

I am trying to organize a May crowning with a friend and we are wanting to chant the Litany of Loreto in English. Do either of you have those resources you could send me? yoseftolin@gmail.com

    Thanks in advance!

Litany of Loreto in English in square notes, maintaining (as far as possible) the melody of the Latin (Liber Usualis p. 1857). Not a beautiful publication, but functional.

Because the liturgy at which my above English version was to be sung will now include the same litany in Latin, here is the LU litany blown up to 8.5x11 size, with the two petitions added by St. John Paul II included.
