Church Dedication liturgy programs

Good morning, friends,
We are planning a new church dedication this summer. I would be grateful to anyone who could post a program of his or her church's dedication Mass, or send it by email/PM. We're looking for ideas for layout and items to include besides just the order of Mass. -
