Old embolism response

    The church where my dad used to play the organ in the 90's and 00's used to chant the Lord's Prayer according to the commonly used tone, then after the embolism would sing "For the kingdom..." according to the tone attached here. Sometimes it pops back into my mind and I wonder where it came from, who composed it, etc. Does anyone have any leads?

    It sounds like one of the old WLP settings. For some reason, I'm thinking Vermulst's Mass for Christian Unity.
