Unlikely. It is likely that the chant propers themselves have been set to polyphony. But hymns based on them, I don't know of any, but that also doesn't mean they don't exist.
@rstclair The ancient hymns of the Roman Office, usually will have Polyphonic settings. Now the Custodes hominem 16th c. and the Aeterne rector St. R. Bellarmine? are perhaps too modern. N.B. The texts in the L.U. are the revised texts, the Aeternae rector was originally the Orbis patrator Optimae.
