A few months ago, I saw a post elsewhere about a Desclée book (similar to the Liber) that contains music for certain ceremonies, one of which is First Communion. Does anyone know what that book is? More importantly, does anyone have a copy of that book?

@tomjaw, doesn’t seem to have a section for First Communion.
  • I wonder if there could be such section anywhere. First Communion is not treated as a special service neither in liturgical books nor in canon law.

It’s in the section De sollemni primæ Communionis functione of the Manuale Divini Officii. (I just found the book title I saved a few days ago.) The thing is, sites that sell copies of the book seem to have not been updated for a long time, they say the copy is still available when in reality they’ve already been sold.

aldrich - I don't see such a section. Do you have a page number, an edition reference, or a date?
