Communal Penance Service

Is there an official order for such a service? Would it be possible to scan and post the pertinent pages from the official book?
I assume that whatever exists is a "this or similiar words" sort of outline. However there has to be something better than the patronizing pseudo prayers that my predecessor put in worship aids. -
You're asking about the second form of the Rite of Penance: communal celebration with individual confessions. The Rite of Penance has official texts and options for that form.
