Auditions are being heard for a soprano position and a tenor position in the Baltimore Basilica Schola Cantorum (6 voices, SSATBB) for the ’21-’22 season (Assumption to Corpus Christi). Pay is $110 per call and there will be approximately 65-70 calls per season. Typical calls (Sundays/Solemnities only) consist of a rehearsal at 9:15 am with Mass beginning at 10:45 am. Repertoire usually consists of the Major Propers and 2-3 choral items per Mass. Applicants should have excellent sight-singing skills and experience in one-on-a-part choral settings.
