Which is the right verse to use?

    I'm looking through propers for the 7th Sunday of Easter, and noticed that the verses for the Communion chant (Pater, cum essem) given in the Communio on the Musica Sacra site are not the same as those used in Bruce Ford's American Gradual. The Communio uses Psalm 121 in Greek numbering ("I rejoiced when I heard them say 'Let us go to the house of the Lord'..."), while the American Gradual uses Psalm 121 in Hebrew numbering ("I have lifted up my eyes to the mountains..."). Is one of these in error? Or is there some flexibility allowed in selecting verses to go with the propers?

    The Ordo Cantus Missae says for the 7th Sunday of Easter, that the verses for the Communio are taken from Psalm 121,1-9. The Ordo uses Greek numbering, so this is "Laetatus sum in eo, quod dixerunt mihi: 'In domum Domini ibimus'...".
