16c chant & Lauda mater

Just in case someone has already figured it out, what online resources are there for the chants used in Palestrina's Hymni totius anni (1589)? The Lauda mater ecclesia melody at Gregobase and Cantus is of course different to the attached, which I can't place:

Answering my own post: the 1644 reprint at IMSLP includes the full tune, with the LU text Pater superni luminis.Thanked by 1CHGiffen
