I am excited to announce the Catholic Sacred Music Project – A Choral Festival for Young Professional and Aspiring Church Musicians to be held at the Cathedral-Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul in Philadelphia August 10-15, 2021. Sir James MacMillan will be the main festival conductor leading the participants in preparing and performing his settings of the Ave Maria and Ave Maris Stella, and the Vaughan Williams Mass in G Minor for an Extraordinary Form Solemn High Mass for the Assumption on August 15 at 3:30pm.
