    Greetings,

    In the Fall 2020 issue of Sacred Music, Charles Weaver presented an article and reconstruction of Samuel Webbe's Mass in A Major from A Collection of Modern Church Music (1791).

    My Men's Schola decided to learn it and present it. We had so much fun that we recorded it and I stitched together a nice little score-follow video.

    Our performance is interpreted and informed using both the original manuscript as found on IMSLP, and Mr. Weaver's 2020 edition.

    Nice. Elements of Billings in it. Very accessible and would work well today.
