Can you explain a little more what you're working on? Are you looking for a psalm-tone on which to sing the whole of Psalm 147 ("Lauda Jerusalem Dominum")? Usually the psalm-tone should be selected in relation to the antiphon: or at least that's how it works when psalms are sung in the Office.
There's an harmonization of the verses by Pablo Colino, the former director of the Cappella Giulia of the Vatican Basilica: Lauda Jerusalem (Colino) -- in Italian of course.
Peter Latona has set the Psalm verses in English as well as an SATB harmonization of the antiphon. Perhaps contact the music office at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
