Latin Vespers for Our Lady of Sorrows (NO)
  • Greetings, Friends:

Does anyone have a source for Latin Vespers (Novus Ordo) for the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows? I am trying to piece things together but don't want to re-invent the wheel.

My appreciation for any help you can give!

    - Tom
  • You can see them at Universalis, free if you can wait until a week before the date. If you pay the one off fee, you can make e-books of them for any date, or copy the text. But there are copyright restrictions on those texts subject to ownership (probably not the Latin, but vernacular texts are mostly restricted)

If you want to sing vespers, according to the OCO MMXV the antiphones for the psalms are A planta pedis, Oppressit me dolor and Dominus dedit. And for the Magnificat the antiphone is Cum vidisset Jesus.
