I have been looking through some of my Catholic hymnals for this hymn and it appears in hymnals for the first half of the 20th century. But after the 1950s it seems to have disappeared. So, I decided to look in some more modern collections, for example the Lumen Christ Hymnal, the hymnals on CCW website site, and the Adoremus Hymnal and I even took a look in the Parish Book of Chants but this hymn is not in any of these sources. If I missed it in these modern sources I apologize, but is there some reason why its not included?

Note... I think the Traditional Roman Hymnal is the best hymnal I have ever seen

It's not surprising. Most modern hymnals only include music for congregations to sing. All the settings I know, including the chant melody, are not suited to be sung by a large unison group.
