    Hi everyone,

I will be in Rome on a research trip from May 30 to June 3. Can anyone recommend a reasonably-priced place to stay in the city? I'm getting a lot of "no availability" from the monastic guest houses.

    Thanks!
    Mike

Michael, inquire at the Collegio S. Bonaventura (Seraficum), which is about 20 min south of the Vatican. 40 euros a night, meals included. Email me at pespodatus at gmail dot com.

This Discussion might be better renamed from "Recommendations for Rome" to "Guest Housing in Rome".

Is there a way to edit Discussion Titles?

No matter, I'm already set. Got higher priced housing than I wanted, but it's literally near the front door of the Vatican.
