Henri Tomasi's Salve Regina

Hi everyone,
I'm getting sidetracked at work today trying to track down the chant source for Henri Tomasi's Variations Gregoriennes sur un Salve Regina. Can anyone decipher which chant this might be from? It would be a fun thing to include in the program notes!
