Suggested texts and methods for chant accompaniment?

Eugene Lapierre: Gregorian Chant Accompaniment (1949, Gregorian Institute of America)
This book was my first introduction to a modally correct method for chant accompaniment. But, Lapierre's style is not the only one "allowed" or the only correct way. What resources have you found most useful for chant accompaniment? Are they available online or in print?Thanked by 1Chris Garton-Zavesky -
The RSCM used to publish "study notes" and there's a nice article from Fleming on the accompaniment of plainsong
Can't go wrong with J.H. Arnold Plainsong Accompaniment
And finally Burgess Teaching and Accompaniment of Plainsong
If I remember correctly, much of Healey Willan's method is based on that of Burgess and Arnold. -
