O Sacrum Convivium

Does anybody here have/know of a setting of "O Sacrum Convivium" or a good English translation thereof for soprano or tenor solo with organ besides the chant? The couple I found on CPDL only had an unrealized basso continuo. Yesterday my pastor emailed me saying that he's using it as part of his Corpus Christi homily and was hoping for a way it could be sung then, but my choir is one of those currently suspended due to pandemic-control regulations.

Messiaen’s was actually conceived as a soprano solo and works well in that context.

can be done as a solo or up to eight parts. if as a solo, i can adjust the part for the score if you are interested to use it. PM me if so.

There's a setting inside the Saint-Saens mass for 4 voices, although the tessitura looks a little low for sop/tenor. Looks almost like a cantus firmus with an intricate organ part. On page 77:
