Who is Dom Charpentier O.S.B. who composed Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariae (mode IV)

Hello,
Who is Dom Charpenier O.S.B.? Does anyone know? Is he a living composer? He composed a beautiful Angelus prayer chant. I'm really looking for his birth year if he is alive or his circa year of his birth and death if he is not alive.

The chant he used for his Angelus was apparently borrowed from the Liber Usualis - I ran across it a few weeks ago. Originally not having to do with the AngelusThanked by 1puretonesoprano

Do you know what page in the Usualis? I know it's in Mode IV, but it's attributed to a Dom Charpentier, O.S.B.
