    Something strange with the attached file - the image is very tiny and only in the upper left corner of both pages. Just FYI.

    There really needs to be an added upbeat note in the refrain, unless you have extra time to rehearse "Here I am, Lord Eye: come to do your will."
    Bar 4 accompaniment needs tidying: I would have sung "Mouth, a hymn" as a quaver & 8th rest.
