The melody of the refrain of one of the entrance chants by Jean-Paul Lécot, Dieu nous accueille en sa maison (Ps. 122), is presumably based on music by Palestrina. The same piece is also used for a French Alleluia.
Does anyone recognise which composition by Palestrina has been used by Lécot?
And on another note: when and where was Dieu nous accueille en sa maison first published? The French seem not very interested in the precise sources of origin of their liturgical music...
