I was super unclear, which is my fault and therefore fine -- I had imagined a digital resource as a manipulable file. However, the book scans are much appreciated, and may be what I have to use.
When I make Office booklets, I use http://divinumofficium.com/cgi-bin/horas/officium.pl after checking our Ordo to see if any local feasts take precedence, and then type up new chants using Caecilae typeface. Using the scans linked above can save time in some cases but limits the formatting possible.
If working from scratch I would be tempted to use https://gregobase.selapa.net/ and take the pdf version of each section of music and drop it in to a Word Processing document, if the pdf version is not of the correct size / font etc. for your booklet you could take the GABC code and make your own pdfs suing Ben's site using the Transcriptions tab and the Further pdf options.
Once you have made the first booklet you can use it as a template for all the others 1. Drop in text from Divinum Officium 2. Drop in music pdfs from Gregobase or Ben's site.
I produce my booklets in Apple Pages, and can send you samples.
