A 14th century French "Sequentiale" from the Convent of St. Louis de Poissy, Europe, France, lists "Ave virgo virginum ave lumen" as a sequence for Easter:
You can then look at the entry in the Analecta Hymnica. Vol 54 pg 285. I do not have easy access to my files but it would be worth checking the Sarum books, and the Adam of St Victor.
There is this. Two different sequences with copious details in German - if you can make sense of it. NB when navigating this is vols 54 & 55 bound together, the index to vol 54 is just a few pages on NOT at the end of the book, that's vol 55.
