    It's most likely correct in the Missalletes and wrong in the Sacramentary.

    I remember every year, after Good Friday is over.

    I've heard it two or three different ways over the years. There's probably not a standard official melody.

    how would one determine what the "official" melody is? I have just been assuming that the sacramentary is correct, and the people are wrong in singing "re-doh" on "wor-ship," when I'm trying to make the choir sing, "doh-doh," so I would LOVE to let the choir just sing what the rest of the congregation sings...
    A similar thing happens to the melody on "We lift them up to the Lord" before the Eucharistic Prayer (the sacramentary is different than the missalletes.)
    Who writes the melody in the sacramentary? And then where do the music publishing companies come up with their changes to that melody?
