Adoremus Hymnal (first edition) Organ book

Does anyone have a copy (in decent shape) of the Organ book of the Adoremus Hymnal (1st ed.) that they'd be willing to part with? I would like to have an extra copy for my Organ Scholar (!) this autumn, but I don't want to pay $500 to buy it from Amazon.
