    ORGANIST/MUSIC DIRECTOR - (Part-Time)
    CHURCH OF SAINT MARY (RC) – WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY
    Seeking 16 hour/week organist/music director to prepare and perform Mass ordinaries/ Mass propers/ hymns/ chants for Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:30 PM and Sunday Masses at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 12:00 PM. (12:00 PM is the Mass in Spanish.) Knowledge of Roman Catholic liturgy is essential. Must be available for liturgies on Holy Days of Obligation, Ash Wednesday, Holy Week liturgies, one yearly Confirmation Mass, 9 AM Thanksgiving Day, Evening of Our Lady of Guadalupe (Dec. 12), First Saturday of March at 9 AM (before Dutchess Co. St. Patrick's Parade). Three-manual Renaissance Allen electronic organ. Direct adult and children choirs with rehearsals during week. Salary is based on candidates qualifications and the parish budget. Additional compensation for funeral, wedding, quinceañara, and memorial liturgies.
