Is this copyrighted or available for download/personal printing?

Hello - Found this article from Dec. 1, 2018, on CC Watershed blog. I want to print these organ pieces from 1645 for myself; however saw the copyright symbols for 2015/2016/2017 and was not sure about the availability. Can anyone shed light on this since it was uploaded to CC Watershed as a PDF? Thanks.

CCWatershed gives a link concerning the "Copyright
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0" on the IMSLP page from which the score was obtained. The copyright is indeed CC-BY-NC 4.0, meaning that it can be used (NC) for non-commercial purposes, and any alterations to the score must be attributed to the original source (BY).

CCWatershed should be providing a link to the following page
rather than harvesting and renaming the PDF

Oh, I wouldn't fault CCW for copying and distributing the file; after all, their page points to the CC license on IMSLP's site, so they did what the CC license requires. For that matter, I've "harvested" a file from CCW's site, edited it, and distributed it on ours (with credit to them).
