Rebuilt - Amazing Parish Experience

So now, the Rebuilt movement has another off spin - the Amazing Parish Experience
I didn't know that the Amazing Parish Experience was connected to Rebuilt, until I noticed that our local NPM chapter is hosting a speaker from this gig...when I googled APE it turned out to be all the same folks from the Rebuilt thing. So what's going on here? Is this a repackaging or some offspin?
