St. Francis de Sales Oratory of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Director of Sacred Music. This position will be full-time or part-time depending on the qualifications of the applicant.

The Oratory’s Director of Sacred Music (“DM”) should be an accomplished organist. In addition, the DM expected to organize and direct musical groups including:
- Gregorian chant men’s and women’s scholæ according to the Classic Solesmes method
- Polyphonic and modern sacred music choir, arranging for professional singers and orchestral musicians as appropriate

Sacred music at the Oratory is performed in the context of the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite.
