requiem (EF) congregation leaflet

Can someone provide or point me to a Requiem Mass (EF) order of service for the congregation either with Latin/English text side by side or all in English with Latin titles. I'm sure such a thing must be readily available, but I'm not finding it quickly. A .PDF if it is ready to print or a .DOC if I have to do any editing would be ideal.

If you are making it for a particular occasion, I would just check that the correct Collect/Secret/Postcommunion and Epistle/Gospel is being used.

Does anyone know of a (free printable and/or editable) booklet WITH all the prayers of the Mass [i.e. at the foot of the altar, the quiet prayers of the priest, etc.]? Like the Requiem Booklet Missal linked to above -- however, I need to customize a bit more, so printing my own would be better.......

Absent of that, is there an editable electronic version of booklet missal that I could transform into a Requiem Mass booklet (changing/adding the correct propers myself)?

You can copy and paste the text from the aforementioned PDF files into MS Word as well as the ordinary prayers of the Mass. You’ll have to reformat everything (which is good because it gets you around the copyright on the formatting. The text is in the public domain.). You can add/delete as needed. If formatting into a booklet isn’t your forte, I could do it, but I would have to charge you a fee.

I have various things but they are all produced in Apple Pages, so would require a lot of work to use in Microsloth Word.
