I do not wish to write my saga on this board, but if there is someone here who is a music coordinator for their parish who wouldn't mind me privately messaging them, I would be grateful. Someone who has to coordinate the musicians for masses as well as directs the choir etc and has to deal with various personalities may be able to give me some advice. Thank you!
